This page brings together the Academy’s essential operating information. The detailed weekly schedule and specific announcements are communicated directly by the club.Registration and documents
Registration requires the details of the child and parent or guardian, the relevant medical documents and an Athlete Health Card where required. Consent for photographs and videos is requested separately and is not a condition of participation.
Training and equipment
Athletes should arrive on time with suitable sportswear, footwear, water and their personal equipment. When a child cannot attend, the parent should inform the coach in advance.
Matches and travel
Before every match or trip, families receive the meeting time, departure point, required equipment and the name of the responsible escort. Timely confirmation of attendance helps the club organise each team properly.
Communication with coaches
Parents may speak with coaches before or after training, but not while a session is in progress. Administrative or financial matters should be addressed directly to the club administration.
Safety and injuries
Parents must inform the club about any health matter the responsible staff should know. If a child feels unwell or is injured, participation stops and the parent or guardian is contacted immediately.

Which team does my child belong to?+
K10: children born from 2018 to 2021. K12: children born from 2015 to 2017. K14: children born from 2013 to 2015. K18: children born from 2009 to 2012. Final team placement is based on the year of birth and the coaches’ assessment.
Can my child attend a trial training session?+
Please contact the club first so that the appropriate day and age group can be arranged.
How will I be informed about a schedule change?+
Changes are communicated through the team’s official communication channels and directly by the club.
