Privacy Notice

AS Iou Athletic Club is responsible for processing the information submitted through the form.

Information we collect

Depending on the form, we collect athlete and parent or guardian details, the supporter or donor's full name, phone number, email, city, donation amount, an optional message and photographs submitted for the historical archive.

How the information is used

To communicate about the Academy, sports camps, the Fan Card, donations, sponsorships, events and contributions to the AS Iou historical archive. Submitting a form does not constitute final registration or payment confirmation.

Who has access

Only authorised AS Iou representatives have access to the full details. In the donation form, the donor may optionally request that only their full name appears publicly in the supporters list. Every entry appears only after approval by AS Iou. If the donor does not request name display, an approved entry appears as ‘Anonymous supporter’. Phone number, email, amount and message are never published.

Retention and your rights

The information is stored in the website's protected database and a copy is sent to the official AS Iou email address to process the request. An electronic delivery service is used for email delivery. The information is retained only for as long as necessary to communicate about and manage the relevant request. Anyone may request access, correction, withdrawal of public display or deletion by contacting asioy1@yahoo.com.

Website statistics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics only when a visitor selects “Accept”. The service helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit and how the website is used. If “Essential only” is selected, Google Analytics does not load. The choice is stored on the visitor's device.
